My name is Yvonne Estes-Bär and I am the founder of Estes-Bär Focus Consulting and have been working independently since 2001. I am a qualified coach, experienced mediator, and consultant for clients spanning across executive managers, apprentices, family, and youth. My philosophy focuses on an appreciation for the individual, acknowledging their unique perspective and experiences. This philosophy has created a deep respect for different cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs.
I am experienced in intercultural mediation, as well as professional and individual goal-setting and development.
My goal is to support individuals with personal development, enhancing self-esteem while acknowledging their unique experiences.
